We have a well lighted entrance with street lamps throughout the neighborhood. We also encourage our residents to report suspicious activities to the police. We also encourage our residents to participate in the city sponsored STAR Watch program where residents can register their home security cameras so police, fire, and public safety professionals to better assess and rapidly respond to criminal activity and emergency situations.\t\t<\/p>\n<h2>Resident Services<\/h2>\n<p>\t\tCity sanitation crews collect garbage in County Downs on Tuesdays and Fridays. Roll-out containers should be placed curbside no later than 7 a.m. on the day of service and removed no later than 7 p.m. that same day. Curbside trash\/landscape rubbish pick-up is on Wednesday. The trash should be placed behind the curb and not on the street.\t\t<\/p>\n<p>Montgomery Sanitation customers may utilize the Saturday trash drop-off location at Goodwyn Middle School (209 Perry Hill Rd) on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month.
